Information we process
We process account information you provide through Google sign-in, prompts, uploaded media, generated files, transaction records, and technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and service logs. Uploaded media and generated files are retained for up to 2 hours for delivery and are then automatically deleted from our active storage.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate accounts, generate and deliver requested videos, prevent abuse, provide support, process payments through our payment providers, maintain security, and improve the service. We do not store full payment-card details.
When you optionally grant showcase consent, we may feature the resulting video anonymously as an “Example from Text2Vid” on product pages. You can request removal anytime at [email protected].
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
Text2Vid and our service providers use cookies, local storage, web beacons, IP addresses, and similar technologies to operate the service, prevent fraud, remember preferences, measure use, and—when advertising is enabled—serve and measure advertising.
Google and other third-party vendors may place and read cookies or use web beacons and IP addresses as a result of advertising on this site. Where Google advertising is enabled, you can learn how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services at Google's partner-sites policy.
We do not enable personalized Google advertising for visitors in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland unless valid consent has first been collected through a consent-management platform. You may also control cookies in your browser; essential cookies are required for core account and security functions.
Sharing and processors
We share data only with processors needed to provide the service, including identity, infrastructure, AI-generation, payment, analytics, security, and advertising providers. We do not sell uploaded media or prompts. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users, the service, or the public.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or information about your data by emailing [email protected]. You may opt out of non-essential marketing messages using the link in each message. We do not knowingly provide the service to children under 13.
